Human Animal Hybrids now a reality.

No, this is not science fiction. I was so engrossed last year with Genpets I missed this completely.

Chinese scientists at the Shanghai Second Medical University in 2003 successfully fused human cells with rabbit eggs. The embryos were reportedly the first human-animal chimeras successfully created.

And at Stanford University in California an experiment might be done later this year to create mice with human brains.

Did you feel as ill as I did after reading that? That's the most disgusting thing I ever read. If you give them human brains.....isn't that just like torturing a human? Not that I am for torturing mice or any other animal but that's horrible.

thank you for your project and your site, i think.. hope it'll wake some people up to what they're doing out there. it kinda did for me.. i knew about glowing mice and such, and that's already iffy, but hybrids? ugh.
