(19982) Total emails in database
Add about +2500 missing emails to that as I didn't start sending the emails to a database until November 2006. (a year and a half after genpets was created) Oh well. I doubt anyone will read more than 50 so That's still more than enough reading.
I've just got a few questions. I've googled Genpets, seen pictures, etc. Why is it that all of the pictures I have seen of Genpets are all in their in the packages? I've never seen a photo or vidoe of one actually out of the package, walking around, or playing. It makes me wonder if they are really alive, or just a hoax. The information makes sense, but alot of things that arn't real make sense. And if they are really alive, what exactly are they? I can't figure out what species they seem to lean to. What mixture are they? Thanks for taking the time to read this, and if you could, please send me something showing them out of their package. If what you guys have done is acutally real, and not just a hoax, then you have done something inegnius.

Exactly how big are the gen pets?
I noticed that on several of the pictures under Photos in Multimedia that some of the Genpets have what look like sores on it. Why is this?

This seems a little too cool to be real. I want it to be real on so many levels as I am interested in becoming a genetic engineer myself and this is RIGHT up what I want to do. Where are these available for purchase if they are real? How much are they? Why have I not heard of them before
I have no idea whether this e-mail address is genuine or not, but I wanted to congratulate Mr Brandejs on this idea. I actually came across this site by accident and was totally taken in. And I think the objective was achieved, at least in my case. To start with I really wanted one of these pets (so cute!), but I did start to feel rather disturbed when I read about how they are "restrained in their packaging" (great choice of words), and how they "feel pain but have very limited vocal chords so they won't make much noise". Again, brilliant idea, superbly executed.
I am confused lol , Are these actually real living breathing Life forms ? like actuall little "creatures" (not sure what to classify them as as they look like a mix of bad 80's horror and a human ( no offence meant ) im interested i find this fascinating and terrifieing at the same time
