Add about +2500 missing emails to that as I didn't start sending the emails to a database until November 2006. (a year and a half after genpets was created) Oh well. I doubt anyone will read more than 50 so That's still more than enough reading.

I just need to know something. I have read on several sites that these Genpets are fake and not bioengineered. Your site still says that they are living and breathing and still wrapped in plastic. What is the truth? If they are living and breathing why would you wrap them in plastic and sell them to children? That seems cruel. It is not right. If they are living and breathing, then they should be treated just like any other animal that you can get from a pet store (not wrapped in plastic). Please just send me a message back. I would like to know the whole and real truth. This Genpets thing is nagging at my heart. Please let me know. Thank you if you choose to do so.

This is just crazy! It's so hard to believe this is real. I have mixed feelings about these Genpets.. I can only imagine what science will come up with next. I don't completely understand how these are made, but I can only hope that no other animals are being injured or killed for these to be created. Please send me more information about these Genpets, I find them rather interesting and would like to know more. Thanks,
