(20048) Total emails in database
Add about +2500 missing emails to that as I didn't start sending the emails to a database until November 2006. (a year and a half after genpets was created) Oh well. I doubt anyone will read more than 50 so That's still more than enough reading.

okay so, i would like to have one of these genpets. but i have heard that this was just an art project. i would really like to have one of these. where could i get this?

im fernanda im 17 years old and i think it is not possible what man can do for money what happened to ethic. what do you think you are.i can not believe this. Nature has its own process and that is ment for humans and animals as well, that was created for a reason. First you start with animals then afeter what will you do.
Hi i´m from Chile, and I think that this "New TOY" it´s awful...
even when the "pets" can´t feel anything during the hibernation, the fact is that we are teaching to the children that it´s ok play with the life, and this toys shows them an irreal world where you can choose the personality of your pet.. that´s not correct, they should learn to love their pets for what they are.. and teach them what it´s correct to do.. this is the point, that the kids learn about responsibilities and love.
Why improve something that its already perfect?
if the parents choose buy to their children something like this "pets" because it´s more easy.. well they should think again what tipe of teaching they want for their children.. "always choose the more easy way?? I dont think so..
