Add about +2500 missing emails to that as I didn't start sending the emails to a database until November 2006. (a year and a half after genpets was created) Oh well. I doubt anyone will read more than 50 so That's still more than enough reading.

I wonder if you have thought about the consequences of manufacturing such kind of a living doll. Dolls are for the children and childrens characters become shaped during their childhood. Your genpets die soon (after 1 or 3 years), so the children having them, get used to see the living things die, consequently their sentiments and sympathy, their affections and emotions disappear after one or two decades. I suggest you to spend your science and time finding useful cures for the fatal genetic disorders from which too many people are suffering and will also suffer in future.

Greetings. I hail from South Africa and stumbled across your site.
I have done research into the GenPet and found that it was just a complimentory to expose the public to genetic pet. The examples that you have to show are but clay or latex.
I will tell you that this is very interisting to bring out, but to but won't it be a bit expensive to have these pets.
I love the genetic example of the creatures, and if they were out, I would gladly love to sell them in my country.
If you find a way to sell them internationally and if they ever do come out... Please don't hesistate to contact me as I will be shipping them into South Africa ASAP.
Good chat about these goodies and I must confess myself amazed and once again, I love the idea... Pitty their life-span is short, but hence... You can't expect to long a life from a mix generation of a complete new creature coming through time...

This is a very interesting website. It's must have been a lot of hard work to put it up, but its cause is wonderful. I've heard that soon we can have "designer babies." The idea is scary, and slightly obscene.

i got your website from another website called foodorpets.com which i was told is fake. but is this for real? because it seems like gremlins but with humans. and it creeps me out to some extent. i mean is this good for kids to be bhaving pets that are human based, i just cannot even believe that this is possible. and also, how advanced are the brains of genpets? compared to lets say a cat, or a dog, or even a goldfish. im very curious about this, this is something completely foreign and surreal. i also wish to ask, what kind of other models have you been testing or creating? this is something that isd very interesting to me and i would like to know more if possible i already completely read your website but am still a bit stunned as what to believe. its almost like an alien..or something. i mean do they think? can they learn tricks? do they pick up bad behaviors such as if u hit it over time will oit be afraid of humans? does it smile or frown? how is this possible? is this the first model that is possibly able to be sold or is their similar versions already out? animals like this that people may not realize? arent u concerned that children might think of them as toys and not living breathing things? i mean its like anyone can just buy one if they wanted to or how does that work? will they be expensive? do they get cold? im sure im asking a lot of silly questions cus i get that its alive but its just so hard to belive it isnt like u bred a donkey and a horse to get a mule this is way differnt. also, is there any pictures u can provide with them out of the package for my personal viewing? can u send me one and i can foster it? i doubt it but if so i am very interested in helping in any way that i can.
